Airfreight customers who use Roadway Air have an opportunity to save on transportation costs via a new customer care program, says Akron, Ohio-based Roadway Express Inc. Roadway Air customers who use my.roadway.com and qualify for the Roadway Air Frequent Shipper Program can achieve different incentive levels based on shipping volume. Customers also can confirm rates, schedule pickups and track shipments to their destinations. Additionally, the company has established the "Customer Care Team," which acts as a conduit between customers, sales representatives and the Roadway Air Forwarding Center. Roadway says this service emphasizes proactive communication to increase customer satisfaction.
