Summit Focuses On Value Of Diversity

The Summit on Leading Diversity will be held Apr. 10 to 12 at the Crystal Gateway Marriott in Arlington, Va. Among the keynote presenters will be Kim Cromwell, corporate development, FleetBoston; Lolita Chandler, director of diversity, Avon Products Inc.; and Deborah Dagit, director of diversity at Silicon Graphics Inc. Maya Angelou also will be a keynote speaker. Presented by Linkage Inc., Lexington, Mass., the conference will include discussion of the economic benefits of multiculturalism in the international business arena. Specific conference sessions will focus on the business case for diversity, managing diversity, diversity training, and diversity in leadership.
