You can create, manage, and deliver training courses over the Internet with the WebMentor Internet/intranet/extranet-based training environment application, according to its creator, Avilar Technologies Inc., Laurel, Md. Other features include browser-based enrollment, registration, student progress tracking, online help, and collaboration features; electronic commerce capability; and a centralized ODBC-compliant database.
