McClenahen Draft texts of the pending U.S.-Australia Free Trade Agreement (FTA) are now available on the Web site of the U.S. Trade Representative at www.ustr.gov/new/fta/Australia/text/index.htm. The posting includes 23 chapters covering issues from market access to dispute resolution, four annexes dealing with "non-comforming" measures, and 26 side letters covering such varied topics as air services, blood plasma products, procurement and securities.
