ByJohn S. McClenahen By global standards, they are two of the most recognizable and prestigious brand names in business education. And beginning later this year, possibly as soon as this summer, the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia and INSEAD (the European Institute of Business Administration), Fontainebleau, France, will collectively try to reach more managers from their campuses in Philadelphia, San Francisco, Fontainebleau, and Singapore.
