Women's Conference Plans Ann Richards As Speaker

A leadership conference for women will be held June 16 to 18 at the Fairmont Hotel in San Francisco. "Women in Leadership: Valuing Differences, Maximizing Talent" plans presentations by several speakers including Ann Richards, former governor of Texas; Frances Hesselbein, chairman of the board of governors, the Peter F. Drucker Foundation; Debbi Fields, founder, Mrs. Fields Inc.; Jackie Joyner-Kersee, six-time Olympic champion; and Lynn Martin, former secretary of Labor. Sponsored by Linkage Inc., Lexington, Mass., the event will include interactive skill-building workshops, as well as more than 13 hours of scheduled time for peer dialogue and networking.
