In my article, "Is Plug-In Recharging a 'Non-Starter' for Electric Vehicles," Andrew Daga, founder of Momentum Dynamics, asserts that plug-in recharging stations present a major barrier to EV adoption.

Obviously, Daga has a vested interest in making the case for wireless recharging -- his company sells wireless-recharging technology. But he makes some interesting points.

In the Spring issue of IndustryWeek, we'll have much more on the ways that automakers and other stakeholders are trying to overcome the so-called barriers to EV adoption. But in the meantime, I'd love to get some of your thoughts.

What will it take for U.S. consumers to get charged up about electric vehicles? Is wireless recharging really the answer?
