The MIT Center for Transportation and Logistics (CTL) has partnered with Instituto de Empresa (IE) Business School and the Zaragoza Logistics Center (ZLC) to launch a dual master's degree program offering the opportunity to earn both an International MBA and a master's of engineering in logistics.

The centers at MIT and Zaragoza have master's programs in supply chain management and the Instituto de Empresa is a leading European business school.

"Globalization has created the need for a new kind of business leader who has a sophisticated understanding of complex management issues and the ability to design and operate global networks that are constantly in flux. The unique resources available at these leading business and engineering schools will provide that essential understanding and expertise," said Professor Yossi Sheffi, director of the MIT Center for Transportation and Logistics.

Students enrolled in the dual degree program will earn an International MBA at IE Business School in Madrid, and either a master's of engineering in logistics at the CTL in Cambridge, Massachusetts, or a master's of engineering in logistics & supply chain management at the ZLC in Zaragoza, Spain.
