Trond Arne Undheim, Ph.D., is a futurist, scholar and author specializing in workforce transformation and industrial transition. He was a research scholar at Stanford CISAC (2022–2024) studying existential risk and worked with MIT’s Industrial Liaison Program engaging with manufacturing and technology organizations. He holds a Ph.D. on the future of work and artificial intelligence and has authored seven books on technology, innovation and workforce development. He hosts the Futurized podcast. His new book isThe Platinum Workforce (2025: Anthem Press).
