Jennifer Rumsey

Jennifer Rumsey is chair and CEO of Cummins Inc., a global power leader that designs, manufactures, and distributes engines, filtration and power generation products. Prior to that role, she served in a variety of leadership roles at Cummins, including president and chief operating officer, vice president and president of Cummins' Components Segment and vice presient/chief technical officer. Earlier in her career, she worked in a variety of engineering roles across the company. 

A strong advocate for STEM education, she holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
