Kasyap Chakra is a co-founder of Paragon, a consultancy and development firm delivering custom AI solutions to manufacturers and distributors. Paragon’s hallmark is its deep, on-site engagements – working alongside frontline teams to diagnose workflows, build tailored AI systems, and secure real-world adoption. Kasyap’s journey began in Arizona and led him to the University of Pennsylvania, where he conducted pioneering research on AI applications in manufacturing. After founding and scaling an AI startup that was acquired by Sale AI, he led Scale AI’s enterprise AI division, driving large-scale AI initiatives before realizing the best use of AI is for the heart of America. He then launched Paragon for manufacturers and distributors.
