What made you decide to pursue a career in manufacturing? I love being a part of processes that make the equipment that makes the world go around

What does your job entail? I identify opportunities for factory automation and provide solutions for North American manufacturers.

What is the most interesting part of your job? Your proudest moment? Traveling to see the different operations at various manufacturers and creating processes to help our customers achieve better profitability and productivity. My proudest moment is when Liebherr decided that my skills aligned to their view of product representation and provided me with an opportunity to excel and succeed.

What do you love about manufacturing? That all involved in producing parts or materials are contributing to the advancement and evolution of society; that we’re all making it better for everyone else

What advice would you give to kids considering a job in manufacturing? Start early. Always learn and be a master at your craft. The industry changes rapidly; always evolve and make great efforts to better yourself through experience and education.

What advice would you give to manufacturers to help increase kids' interest in manufacturing as a career choice? Make working in a factory appealing through new tech, upgrades, inclusion, etc. Invest in your future.
