Maker of Electronic Bingo Software Selects PreEmptive Solutions for Business Intelligence Service

Mayfield Village, Ohio-based Applied Concepts Inc. has selected PreEmptive Solutions' Runtime Intelligence Service to provide application adoption and user behavior analytics as the company launches a new electronic bingo system.

Applied Concepts, which produces and distributes software products and services to facilitate and manage the use of electronic bingo, has moved away from proprietary hardware to Microsoft's .NET framework running the standard Windows OS.

"Microsoft's extensible development platform allowed us to create a scalable, affordable and secure entertainment console' integrating, for the first time, electronic bingo with an extensible array of complementary games and services," said John Adams, President of Applied Concepts. "PreEmptive Solutions' Runtime Intelligence Service will help our development team to more efficiently deliver functionality that is most important to our users and provide me with key business intelligence to maximize our R&D investments."

PreEmptive Solutions is a Cleveland-based provider of products designed to protect, defend, monitor and manage software development investments.
