Autodesk has announced plans for Inventor Fusion Technology, a digital prototyping technology that combines the control of parametric, history-based modeling and the ease of use of direct, history-free modeling. The solution will give users the ability to make rapid changes to a design through direct manipulation, yet access and use feature- and history-based design intent.
