In his recently published book Change Your Day, Not Your Life: A Realistic Guide to Sustained Motivation, More Productivity, and the Art of Working Well, author Andy Core has spelled out 13 Ways to Regain Productivity and Thrive, and further assures us that if we don't complete our to-do lists we aren't "losers."  We're just victims of today's work culture and some bad habits.
