Nashville's Ameriplex at Elm Hill Awarded LEED Certification
Holladay Properties' Ameriplex at Elm Hill, Building A, has received LEED certification from the U.S. Green Building Council.
The designation makes Ameriplex at Elm Hill the first multi-tenant industrial building to meet LEED standards in Tennessee, according to the developer. "Practicing sustainable design and responsible building techniques is an important part of our company philosophy and the right approach for our community," said Tom Gibson, senior vice president and partner of Holladay Properties. "Our LEED design decisions were based upon return-on-investment analysis. Our tenants benefit from these investment decisions in the form of lower occupancy costs and a healthier working environment offered at Ameriplex."About the Author
