Infor SCM Labor Management is an integrated warehouse and labor management system that provides real-time workforce performance feedback to help improve warehouse operations and reduce labor costs. Labor Management extends the capabilities of Infor SCM Warehouse Management to manage all aspects of labor in the warehouse, from planning to tracking and reporting. With the fully integrated Labor Management, operations can pinpoint unproductive time, such as idle time between tasks, meetings and repair work. The system can track direct activities, measuring users against expected standards, and each other, to prove and showcase good performance, while also identifying areas for improvement and corrective action. Labor Management provides real-time monitoring of performance feedback against established labor standards (via a user's radio frequency device, for example), enabling management to implement performance improvements dynamically.

Business Intelligence

The Exact Synergy Performance Suite from Exact Software combines one consolidated view of the business with role-based performance management, activity monitoring and full-scale business analytics. This streamlines critical business processes and provides the means for clearer and quicker analysis, leading to higher performance in as little as three to six months, according to Exact Software. The system can be integrated easily with any back-office ERP system, which significantly expands how businesses use core operational information previously restricted to a small set of knowledge workers.
