Aug. 27, 2008
Supply management solution provider's founding CEO steps down as COO takes his place.

BravoSolution, provider of global supply management solutions, announced yesterday that founding CEO Federico Vitaletti will depart from his position after a seven-year tenure. Vitaletti will stay on as BravoSolution chairman, while current COO Nader Sabbaghian has assumed the role of CEO.

Vitaletti said Sabbaghian has been a key member of our team from the start and one of his closest advisors over the years.

"He embodies the dynamic, ambitious and international spirit of our company and is ideally suited to lead BravoSolution into its next stage as a truly global supply management leader, he added.

Sabbaghian has played an active role in the success of BravoSolution since he joined the organization in 2001, shortly after its inception. He subsequently opened the BravoSolution office in London in 2005 and has led that office to its current position as one of the company's most successful operating subsidiaries.

In addition, Sabbaghian led the team responsible for the recent acquisitions of Mobile Workers in France and Verticalnet in the United States. Under his leadership, both acquisitions have been successfully integrated and are contributing ahead of plan to BravoSolutions results.

I am honoured to take on this exciting new role within BravoSolution, Sabbaghian said. I am immensely proud of our accomplishments so far, and look forward to leading this talented team as we continue to drive supply management excellence for all of our clients.
