Forty percent of millennials want to serve in a leadership capacity.

The aging of the U.S. labor force is no secret. 

And, as baby boomers retire, not only will there be a need for younger workers to fill their places, there also will be a demand for a new crop of leaders.

According to the University of Denver’s University College, to attract millennials companies will need to offer opportunities for career advancement; mentoring and training; and provide meaningful work, a challenging work environment and an even work/life balance, among other things.
