Not surprisingly, there's been little talk in recent months from manufacturers with plans to expand their physical presence in the United States. The coronavirus pandemic has swept many topics off the table -- at least temporarily -- and an uncertain world makes for uncertain expansion plans for many.
That said, neither have plans to build new manufacturing plants ground to a complete halt. Navistar recently held a virtual ground-breaking ceremony for a new truck facility in San Antonio, for example, while a forging company based in Spain pledged to build in Ohio.
Companies both large and small have announced expansion plans, also both large and modest, in recent weeks, and here we share 10 of them with you.
