OSHA Issues Deadline for Vaccine-or-Test Mandate: January 4

Private companies with more than 100 employees have until 2022 to ensure their workers are vaccinated or tested regularly.

President Biden’s mandate that companies with more than 100 employees vaccinate or test their employees weekly now has a due date.

Private companies included in the rule  now have until January 4, 2021, to ensure their workers are vaccinated or receive regular tests and wear a mask, according to the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, which said it would release the rule November 5.
